MORETON Bay United has snapped up one of the PlayStation 4 NPL Queensland hotshots.

Jacob Fulluck, 18, has left the Sunshine Coast and signed for last season’s Premiership and Grand Final winners.

The striker scored 10 goals in 22 games for Sunshine Coast last season, with around half those appearances off the bench. There were also four in three games for the under 18s.

In 2014 he scored 32 goals in just 20 Under 18 games and again four in three games for the Youths, but did not find the net in six senior matches.

“The success of Moreton Bay United was a big help in my decision to make the move,” he said, “and the coaching staff who I hope can help me get to the next level.

“It was hard to crack into the starting 11 last year, but I was given my chance and I kept it.”

Fullock’s speed, goals and ability to play wide or in the middle will add to Moreton Bay United’s attacking options.

Technical Director Adam Piddick said of his latest signing: “He’s a good, young player looking to go to the next level. Just the type of play we’re looking for at Moreton Bay United.

“As a coach and a club we want to help players make the next step. Jacob will certainly add to our attacking threat.”

Despite being just 18, Piddick said Fulluck was signed to play in the senior squad.

Fullock joins former Lions midfielder Alex Janovsky and ex-Olympic defender Matt Byrne as Jets’ new signings so far ahead of the 2016 season.
