Finals here we come


Jets' premier-winning Under 13 Girls who have a week's break before their semi-final.

Spring is here – and so are the finals. Jets have seven teams going into the end-of-season finale, four play this weekend, three wait or elimination final winners.

It’s a magnificent achievement by all the teams over the course of a long season and we wish everyone the best of luck.

Here’s a guide to the Jets teams and how their series are set-up entering week one of the 2019 finals. Each team’s finishing position in the regular season in brackets.


NPL Women’s semi-final

Jets (runners-up) and Lions (premiers) await the winners of this weekend’s Elimination Finals. The Gap (third) face Easts (sixth) and Gold Coast United (fourth) take on Capalaba (fifth). Jets will play at Teralba Park, Mitchelton on Sunday September 15 at 4.30pm.


NPL Under 18 semi-final

Jets (runners-up) v Peninsula Power (third) at Croatian Sports Centre on Sunday September 8, 1pm. Easts (premiers) ace Brisbane City (fourth) in the second semi-final.


NPL Under 16 elimination final

Jets (sixth) v Brisbane Roar (third) at Croatian Sports Centre, Saturday September 7, 3pm. Western Pride (fourth) face Gold Coast United in the second elimination final. Lions (premiers) and Brisbane City (runners-up) wait in the semi-finals.


NPL Under 15 Girls elimination final

Jets (fourth) v Western Pride (fifth) at John Fredericks Park Capalaba on Saturday September 7, 3pm. Lions (third) face Logan (sixth) in the second elimination final. QAS (premiers) and Souths (runners-up) await in next week’s semi-finals.

Our premier-winning Under 14s also have a week off before beginning their finals.

NPL Under 14 elimination final

Jets (premiers) and Gold Coast United (runners-up) wait in the semi-finals for this weekend’s elimination final winners. Lions (third) face Sunshine Coast (sixth) and Strikers (fourth) play Brisbane City (fifth). Jets will play at Croatian Sports Centre on Sunday September 15, 11am.


NPL Under 13 Girls elimination final

Jets (premiers) and Easts (runners-up) await the winners of this weekend’s elimination finals. Western Pride (fourth) face Logan (fifth) and Gold Coast United (third) play Souths (sixth). Jets will play at Lions Park on Saturday September 14, 1.30pm.


NPL Under 13 elimination final

Jets (fourth) v Olympic (fifth) at AJ Kelly Park on Sunday September 8, 9.30am. Gold Coast United (third) face Easts (sixth) in the second elimination final. Brisbane City (premiers) and SWQ Thunder (runners-up) await in next week’s semi-finals.
